It is 52 pages.

The guide is beautifully laid out in full color. Each week of the cleanse is color-coded and you’ll find it’s not only easy to do, but easy to read.

RECIPES

Nighty Night Rasayana (appears on Page 10 of the BIG Spring Cleanse Booklet)

Please use this as needed if sleep is problematic!

4-6 oz. of Milk
(best if from a happy cow!)

Pinch to 1/4 teaspoon of each of the following fresh herbs:

  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Saffron

1 tsp. of ghee (clarified butter)

1.Please put all ingredients in a sauce pan and soft boil for about three minutes.

2. Remove from the stove and let sit for a minute or so and then add honey to taste (please add either more or less than 1 tsp; equal parts honey and ghee are an ayurvedic “no-no”).

3. Take to a cozy bed and sip until finished.

 

Six Tastes Oatmeal (appears on Page 41 of the BIG Spring Cleanse)

This is a simple, forgiving recipe. Please make adjustments to taste. This is a basic guideline.

  • ~1 Cup Oatmeal
  • Milk (from a happy cow) to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Ghee
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Cardamom
  • A Dash of Nutmeg and Salt
  • Maple Syrup
  • A Pinch of Cloves
